Family Looking for Home to Rent - September or October - Long Term in Deux-Montagnes, Quebec

Hello!
We're a family of 4 moving from Montreal all the way west, to the island!! We have 4 & 10 year old boys, we're non smokers & drinkers, and really just spend most of our time at home with our family or at the hockey arenas.
We have an elderly, extremely friendly Labrador... so it needs to be pet friendly - at least for a little while.
Preferably we would like a place that has a yard.
My husband is a painter and I work from home; we both have stable income and can provide the first month's rent with deposit(s) by e-transfer.
